Chocolate Strawberry Cocktail

Chocolate Strawberry Cocktail, Valentine's Day

Since Valentine’s Day is less than a week away, I thought I should get into the spirit {at least a little bit} and make something inspired by it. Hearts, kisses, love… and boozy drinks. Since chocolate covered strawberries are a ‘thing’ that generates visions of romance and I’m someone who likes a good cocktail, I’m sharing a recipe for a Chocolate Strawberry Cocktail. Brilliant, eh? Whip these up for two and cheers with your special someone.

Even though Valentine’s Day is over I’m still going to try this out. It looks so good. Thanks for the recipe and I can’t wait to see what other recipes you post. P.S. I love to bake and I just got my first stand mixer. So, if you happen to post another recipe maybe it could be a dessert. Maybe something with chocolate. LOL, 🙂
